Provision of Consultancy Services to Bureau of Air Safety Investigation (BASI)

SMA has recently completed a consultancy contract with BASI for the development and production of a User Manual for the bureau's Occurrence Analysis and Safety Information System (OASIS). The manual was required to conform to AS/NZS 9001 standards.

SMA's task involved development and production of the OASIS User Manual in two versions - as a hard copy manual and as an on-line Windows HELP version.
