FFG Upgrade Personnel and Training Services

As a subcontractor to ADI Limited, SMA are providing personnel and training services for the FFG Upgrade.

These services include:

• identifying the impact the FFG Upgrade will have on the present RAN manning structure and recommending personnel increases and/or decreases as a result of the activity for the ship and shore support facilities,

• developing in accordance with the Royal Australian Navy Training System and Competency Based Training and Assessment criteria the majority of operator and maintenance training for crews and shore support personnel,

• conducting the majority of initial training for the first two crews and shore support personnel.

SMA have options to continue training delivery past the initial training activities.
