Summary
Scientific Management Associates specialises in the provision of integrated logistic support services to clients involved in major equipment acquisitions and through-life support. The company is seeking Marine Technical (Mechanical and Electrical) and Marine Electronic specialists for work in the Sydney area.

Qualifications
A number of positions are available. Applicants for the respective positions should be familiar with:

• maintenance and operation of modern Navigation and Command and Control systems, preferably at supervisory level.
• maintenance and operation of propulsion, power train and associated control and monitoring systems, preferably at supervisory level.
• maintenance and operation of marine power generation, power conversion and distribution systems; preferably at supervisory level.
• maintenance and operation of marine auxiliary systems (HVAC, steering, air-conditioning, fuelling etc.).

Computer literacy and a background in training development and delivery would be an advantage.

Requirements
Applicants must be able to satisfy the requirements for obtaining a Department of Defence Security Clearance.
