Maintenance Documentation
SMA produces two forms of maintenance documentation: Technical
Maintenance Plans and Planned Maintenance Documentation.
Technical Maintenance Plans (TMP). The
TMP is a document that conforms to the maintenance philosophy of
the Client and contains:
-
a functional and physical description of the equipment/system
-
equipment identification data including manufacturer, agents,
model and where fitted
-
a breakdown of the equipment or system into its various sub-assemblies
showing part numbers
-
cross references to other technical documentation pertaining
to the equipment/system that show the maintenance and overhaul
specifications, performance specifications and planned maintenance
schedules
-
a summary of the maintenance plan showing the level of maintenance
and activities performed in accordance with the client's maintenance
philosophy: test equipment; special tools required to perform
maintenance; special handling requirements and any other requirements.
