Manning Analysis

Scientific Management Associates have completed Manning Analysis services for several major Australian Defence Force projects as well as overseas Defence Forces. Most recently, Manning, Personnel and associated Facility Analysis services have been conducted for the Royal Australian Navy in relation to the FFG Upgrade Project and the Royal Malaysian Navy in relation to the MEKO Class Patrol Vessel Project.

The analysis conducted for the FFG Upgrade included collecting relevant data from various existing RAN establishments and organisations to ascertain the effect of the project on the present manning as well as analysing manning requirements for new facilities being established as part of the project. This required visiting establishments and ships in Perth, Canberra and Sydney.

The analysis conducted for the MEKO Class Patrol Vessel Project included collecting relevant data from various existing RMN establishments and support organisations to ascertain the effect of the project on the present manning as well as analysing manning requirements for new facilities being established as part of the project. This required visiting establishments and ships throughout Malaysia as well as visits throughout Europe.
